Food Allergy?

Thankfully I have no food allergies. But others in the family are not so lucky. My niece is having a terrible time with IBS and I’m beginning to think that it has to do with a food allergy. We are trying to keep track of what she eats and when she has the IBS attacks to see if there is any pattern. At the moment, I am concerned that she might be allergic to eggs. That would be really tough to eliminate from her diet. I hope it turns out to be something else.
