I am not much on eating cereal for breakfast. But I do like it as a snack once in a while. Can’t deal with super sweet ones that seem to be so abundant on the shelves these days. Shredded Wheat is good and I like Life as well. Both can have strawberries, black berries, blue berries, bananas and other fruits as well, be added to them for flavor and are a healthy addition to be enjoyed.

Learning a Trade, The Stock Trade….
My brother-in-law has taken an interest in Online Trading as of late. His best friend Brad, is showing him the ropes and teaching him all the ins and outs of IRA Accounts and Mobile Trading. It seems that a few years back Brad lost his job and immediately started taking action and caught on real quick like with Stock Trading using the Internet for everything that they can utilize it to be in today’s high tech world.
I have to say that I really don’t know much about Online Broker issues although I know that a lot of people are looking for ways to make a buck in this economic mess our government has gotten us all into. Who knows, maybe once Brad figures it all out he can educate me a bit about the whole Online Trading seen. I’m always on the computer anyway and I could always use an extra buck or two. We will see how it all pans out. And I’ll keep you posted about the process.
First Day of School
I found out the hard way that today was the first day of school here. I got stuck behind one of those large, smelly, yellow school buses on my way to work this morning. I was late to work and the day went down hill from there. I’m sure that there are a lot of happy parents today, but we the commuters are hating it.
Girls are good at math
I never could understand in my 4th grade math class and my 5th grade math class why the teachers seemed to think that girls weren’t any good at math. Maybe they were just of the “older generation” that thought that boys were good in math but bad in language skills and that girls were the opposite. I was just as good at adding fractions at the chalk board than anyone else in the class. I’ve often wondered if girls aren’t good at math, then why are most of the math teachers women?
In college I got straight A’s in all of the math classes that the college had to offer. I was the highest scoring student in all of the classes. The other students used to tell me that I must be good at it because I liked it. No, I never liked it. But I do enjoy solving puzzles. Maybe that’s the important part. I think that perhaps the approach to teaching should be altered – math could be made much more fun to learn than it is.
This guy is nuts!
Where do they find nuts like this? I have to admit that the Internet and YouTube have opened up a whole new world of entertaining!
