Usually on Mondays, I have to take my daughters to cheer leading practice. Sometimes it is a bit harder to juggle their sporting events and my work life, but normally, I have to use a calender to keep up.
One thing I must remember to do at all times is to set my home security alarm (click here here to find out where to get yours) before leaving the house. It is very rare that after practice we come straight home. Practice usually never ends on time, and then we would go out to grab a bite to eat afterward. By the time we all arrive home, it is usually dark outside, but with the motion sensor lights and the alarm, I am at ease. It brings me peace of mind knowing that while I am spending time with my kids, my home is also protected.
I try to have my other family members attend the cheer leading practices as well and we all really enjoy the practices, but we get even more excited when the girls perform at the games. As long as we are all together, that is what matters the most.
