Firefly is perhaps one of the greatest science fiction shows ever created. Although it ran for only one season, from 2002 to 2003, it has accumulated thousands of extremely loyal fans. Fan so loyal, in fact, that their intense lobbying earned the show a second chance as a feature film.

Firefly can be described most simply as a show about cowboys in space. If you like Westerns and you like science fiction, then you will absolutely love Firefly. It is a fun and easy to watch show that also manages to be intelligent and heartbreaking all at once.

Over the course of the single season, you’ll meet the crew of the Serenity and follow their adventures in the year 2517 AD. Current culture at this time is a mixture of the Old West and modern China–an interesting mix to say the least. The ensemble cast includes great actors you will recognize from other shows, like Nathan Fillion (Castle) and Adam Baldwin (Chuck).

The show is perhaps most novel in how it chooses to depict the future. There is the occasionally bit of high tech gadgetry but overall the future isn’t as futuristic as you might imagine. These are places and people you can imagine interacting with in your own down-to-earth life.

You can still catch Firefly in reruns now on the satellite TV you ordered after researching Dish vs satellite TV!

Can’t deal with super sweet ones that seem to be so abundant on the shelves these days. Shredded Wheat is good and I like Life as well. Both can have strawberries, black berries, blue berries, bananas and other fruits as well, be added to them for flavor and are a healthy addition to be enjoyed.

My brother-in-law has taken an interest in Online Trading as of late. His best friend Brad, is showing him the ropes and teaching him all the ins and outs of IRA Accounts and Mobile Trading. It seems that a few years back Brad lost his job and immediately started taking action and caught on real quick like with Stock Trading using the Internet for everything that they can utilize it to be in today’s high tech world.

I have to say that I really don’t know much about Online Broker issues although I know that a lot of people are looking for ways to make a buck in this economic mess our government has gotten us all into. Who knows, maybe once Brad figures it all out he can educate me a bit about the whole Online Trading seen. I’m always on the computer anyway and I could always use an extra buck or two. We will see how it all pans out. And I’ll keep you posted about the process.

I never could understand in my 4th grade math class and my 5th grade math class why the teachers seemed to think that girls weren’t any good at math. Maybe they were just of the “older generation” that thought that boys were good in math but bad in language skills and that girls were the opposite. I was just as good at adding fractions at the chalk board than anyone else in the class. I’ve often wondered if girls aren’t good at math, then why are most of the math teachers women?

In college I got straight A’s in all of the math classes that the college had to offer. I was the highest scoring student in all of the classes. The other students used to tell me that I must be good at it because I liked it. No, I never liked it. But I do enjoy solving puzzles. Maybe that’s the important part. I think that perhaps the approach to teaching should be altered – math could be made much more fun to learn than it is.

I think that is a pretty good deal, but I always worry about offers that give you a good deal that is only for a limited time. I always get the feeling that is a barely-legal type of bait and switch sales technique. But I know that so many companies do that, so I really should just be used to it. It just always makes me feel like a sheep being led to slaughter. Do you know what I mean?

It seems that most people are related to or are close to someone who is experiencing serious health issues or a major disability. The Internet has brought a good amount of attention to a lot of these issues and it can be a powerful tool in learning all you can about these health issues.

I’ve learned of a great MS site that can be found at allaboutms.com. They have a good amount of Multiple Sclerosis News to read and learn from. They talk about a strong Multiple Sclerosis Exercise routine and of course they have information on decent Multiple Sclerosis Diet suggestions. Exercise and Diet are both important for everyone, ill or not.

If you know anyone experiencing Multiple Sclerosis Symptoms I would encourage them to check out this site and see if it has anything to offer them. Knowledge is power, and the Internet gives us all that power hope someone out there can use it.
